Higher Apprenticeship opportunities with PwC
- Your students can make the most of their good A-Levels, or equivalent academic qualifications, by starting work straight away.
- As a Higher Apprentice, your students can work in Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory or Tax, at PwC
- They’ll earn a competitive salary while studying towards a professional qualification.
- They’ll be part of a team, working on client projects, which means they’ll be learning on the job, and building the in-depth business knowledge they need to progress through our business.
- At the end of the programme, they’ll gain a Higher Apprenticeship certificate, as well as a professional qualification and a competence based qualification, so they’ll have 3 qualifications at Higher Education level along with 2 years work experience under their belt.
- We still have a great range of Higher Apprenticeship opportunities available starting this year! Please encourage your students to apply now as places are filling quickly.

Our Events
Your students can find out more information about our opportunities for school and college leavers and more about the firm by attending one of our Career Information Days where they spend a day in the office finding out more about different areas of PwC, talk to some of our people about what it’s like to work here. They’ll also see how our recruitment process works, and participate in an employability skills session.
Or you could join your students on one of our Higher Apprenticeship Open Evenings to really get into the detail of what’s involved in the programme. You’ll hear from some of our Higher Apprentices, learn more about applying for these vacancies and have the opportunity to network with our people including members of our recruitment team.
We’ll be running these events throughout June and all year round at our offices across the UK. Find out more and register at www.pwc.com/uk/schools/events
Flying Start Degree Programme
If your students want to go to university, and know you they’ll ultimately have a career as an accountant, then our PwC-endorsed degree offers the best of both worlds. It could set them on their path to qualify more quickly as a Chartered Accountant, and means they could even secure a job offer with us once they graduate. That’s why we call it our Flying Start Degree Programme. They’ll get a traditional university experience as a full-time student, alongside paid work placements with our Assurance practice, and exposure to our world-class clients.
